Considered one of the most promising signatures of French cuisine, Stéphanie Le Quellec grew up in a family that considered good food to be a core value. Ms. Le Quellec’s cuisine and recipes match the distinction of the Prince de Galles, the Luxury Collection Hotel in Paris where she operates as Executive Chef at the esteemed La Scène.
