What delivery options do you offer?

When delivering to anywhere within the contiguous United States, you may choose from Ground Shipping, Three Day Shipping, Two Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping.

We also offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and most International destinations. Delivery options available will vary based on your final shipping destination.

Special Purchase items such as The Bed by The Luxury Collection are not available for expedited shipping and may require extended lead-times.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the original retail price subtotal of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for The Bed by The Luxury Collection, bed frame, lamps and other special purchase items which have separate shipping costs associated with them.*

We currently offer shipping to most International destinations.

How are shipping costs calculated?

When shipping to a destination outside of the contiguous United States, delivery rates are calculated based on the actual shipping address and will vary. You will be presented with expedited and economy delivery options. You will be contacted if additional shipping costs will be charged for remote locations.

What is the difference between your global sites?

Luxury Collection Store has regional websites in the United States, Canada and Europe (also serving the Middle East) to better serve our guests. The global sites are separate sites and are presented in several language options. Product selections and sizes will also vary on the global sites.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Beds are not accepted for returns or exchange. Used or laundered merchandise is not returnable. All outdoor furniture is not returnable.

How can I return an item?

Please ship your returned item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers. We may need to contact you for your credit card information if a credit or additional charge is required. Please include a note with your reason for return, address and daytime phone number along with your return/exchange instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.

Marriott Bonvoy Points

Where can Marriott Bonvoy Points orders be shipped?

Marriott Bonvoy points orders can be shipped within the contiguous United States. If you’d like to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or an international address, please choose a “Cash” option.

Can I expedite shipping for a points order?

Currently, expedited shipping options are not available for Marriott Bonvoy points orders. Orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping and can be expected to be received within 2 to 7 business days to most addresses in the contiguous United States.

How do shipping charges work for Marriott Bonvoy points orders?

Shipping charges will be included in the Marriott Bonvoy point prices you see on all product pages and in checkout.
